Who it’s for: Memberships are for children ages 1–12. Each membership is assigned to a specific child and cannot be transferred to another child or family member.
What’s included: Unlimited visits during open play hours, member discounts on birthday parties and field trips, and access to members-only events. Membership does not include food, merchandise, or other paid amenities.
Billing: Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis to the card provided at signup. By enrolling, you authorize Tiny Town Solano to process recurring payments until your membership is canceled.
Cancellations: Memberships may be canceled at any time, but must be canceled before the next renewal date to avoid being charged. No refunds, credits, or partial transfers will be issued for unused time.
Freezing or transferring: Memberships cannot be paused, frozen, or transferred.
Events & access: Membership admission does not apply to private events, birthday parties, field trips, or other special programs. All visits are subject to posted hours of operation and availability.
Other restrictions: Tiny Town reserves the right to close periodically for maintenance, events, or private rentals. Additional policies may apply.
Admission subject to space and capacity limits; entry is not guaranteed during peak times.
Tiny Town Solano reserves the right to revoke membership without refund in cases of repeated policy violations, property damage, or misconduct.
If monthly payment is declined, membership will be suspended until billing is updated. Cancellation will occur and a new sign up will be needed if after 30 days.
Tiny Town may use photos or video taken during programs for marketing purposes unless the member opts out in writing.

Eligibility & Use
Memberships are for children ages 1–12.
Each membership is assigned to a specific child and is non-transferable (cannot be shared or reassigned).
Membership covers general admission only and does not include birthday parties, field trips, or private events.
Introductory Rate & Renewal
Founding Memberships begin at a special $95/month rate from October 24, 2025 – January 31, 2026.
After this period, memberships automatically renew at the reduced Founding Member rate of $130/month (regular $150) until canceled.
⚠️ If a Founding Membership is canceled, it cannot be reactivated at the reduced $130 rate. Rejoining later requires paying the full standard rate of $150/month.
Sibling Add-Ons
Siblings may be added at a discounted rate of $75/month each.
Sibling memberships follow the same renewal rules as the primary membership. If canceled, siblings cannot be re-added at the $75 rate — only at the current published rate at the time of rejoining.
Billing & Payments

Arrival & Schedule
You may arrive 30 minutes before your party to set up.
Each party includes 2 hour in the Reserved Party Area for cake, food, and celebration, playtime in Tiny Town is unlimited .
Cleanup begins immediately at the end of your two-hour celebration. All items must be removed within 30 minutes.
Party and room times cannot be extended for late arrivals.
Capacity
Package includes admission for 10 children (ages 1–15) and 10 guests (ages 16+).
Additional guests may be added for a fee, but space is limited. The party room can fit 2 rectangular tables tightly.
Deposit & Payment
A $125 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your party.
Deposit is applied toward your total balance.
Final payment is due by the day of your event.
Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Your Responsibilities
Families are responsible for setup, cleanup, loading, and unloading of party items.
No food, gifts, or party items may be left in the party area or taken onto the play floor.
Please bring a cooler for perishable items.
Prohibited Items
No latex balloons, glitter, confetti, piñatas, alcohol, or open flames.
Mylar balloons allowed with approval.
Only birthday candles on the cake are permitted.
Nails, staples, glue, or similar materials are not allowed on walls (tape is acceptable).
Entertainment (characters, face painters, etc.) requires prior approval and is limited to the party room.
Museum Policies
Children must always be supervised by an adult.
Guests are expected to follow Tiny Town community guidelines: reset, clean up, cooperate, and be kind.
Who Qualifies as a Group
Group rates are available only to:
Nonprofit organizations
Public and private schools
Licensed homeschool co-ops and associations
Youth organizations (Scouts, clubs, church groups, afterschool programs, etc.)
⚠️ Large families or informal friend groups do not qualify for group pricing.
Group Size & Reservations
Minimum of 15 paid children required to qualify for group rates.
One (1) adult chaperone is required for every 5 children and is admitted at the group rate.
Additional adults are charged at the standard adult admission rate.
Groups must book in advance and provide documentation (tax ID, school/organization name, or verification).
Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your group reservation.
Final payment is due on or before the day of the visit.
Group reservations are billed as one payment (no individual payments collected at check-in).
Cancellations & Changes
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Group size changes must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the visit.
Group rates cannot be applied retroactively.
Restrictions
Group rates do not apply to birthday parties, family gatherings, or informal meet-ups.
All visits are subject to Tiny Town Solano’s hours of operation and capacity limits.
Tiny Town reserves the right to limit or reschedule groups on peak days.
