Waiver & Terms of Entry

By purchasing admission, becoming a member, booking an event, or entering the premises of Academic Beginnings LLC DBA Tiny Town Solano or Academic Beginnings LLC DBA Oak Meadows Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following Waiver & Release of Liability:

Assumption of Risk

  • Entry and participation involve risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, and interaction with other participants.

  • By entering, you voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of yourself, your child(ren), and any guests in your care.

Release of Liability

  • You release and hold harmless Academic Beginnings LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation, including risks of death, serious injury, and property loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Rules of Conduct

  • Socks are required for all children and adults on the play floor.

  • Adults must supervise children at all times.

  • No food or drink is allowed on the play floor.

  • All guests must treat other participants, staff, and equipment with respect.

  • Families are responsible for damages caused by negligent, reckless, or willful actions.

Payments & Policies

  • All admissions, memberships, deposits, and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Memberships renew automatically until canceled; cancellation must occur prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Entry and benefits are subject to posted hours of operation, capacity limits, and occasional closures for maintenance or private events.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By completing payment, booking, or entering the facility, you agree to this Waiver & Terms of Entry for yourself, your child(ren), and any guests in your care.

  • Entry constitutes your binding agreement to these terms, and you waive any right to bring legal action against Academic Beginnings LLC DBA Tiny Town Solano or Academic Beginnings LLC DBA Oak Meadows Academy for claims covered by this waiver.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing admission, becoming a member, booking an event, or entering Tiny Town Solano or Oak Meadows Academy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our facilities or services.

2. Admissions & Memberships

  • All admissions, memberships, deposits, and event fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis until canceled. Cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

  • Special rates (such as Founding Membership discounts) are available only during the promotional period and cannot be reinstated if a membership is canceled.

3. Group Rates

  • Group rates are available only to verified schools, licensed homeschool co-ops, nonprofits, and youth organizations.

  • Large families and informal groups do not qualify.

4. Events & Parties

  • A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve birthday parties and private events.

  • Final payment is due on or before the event date.

  • Capacity limits and room restrictions apply.

5. Conduct & Safety

  • Tiny Town Solano reserves the right to deny entry or revoke admission for failure to comply with rules.

7. Intellectual Property & Website Use

  • All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Academic Beginnings LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

  • Website use is subject to applicable laws, and misuse of the site may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Use of our facilities and services is at your own risk. Academic Beginnings LLC DBA Tiny Town Solano and Oak Meadows Academy are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration within 25 miles of Fairfield, CA under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

10. Updates to Terms

  • Tiny Town Solano reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
